Acquisition of Midstream Assets

Scope. In addition to building and operating new infrastructure, we actively pursue acquisitions of midstream assets anywhere in North America. We participate in data room bid processes and have privately negotiated deals. Whether you're a producer with underperforming assets that require an inordinate amount of management time or a midstream company with non-core assets, we can monetize those assets for you and free-up valuable management time.

Execution. We can quickly and confidentially complete our due diligence and execute a transaction. We have all the resources necessary to evaluate and close deals. Our size and structure allow us to be flexible and creative in structuring transactions. If you have concerns about giving away upside, we can structure a deal that allows you to participate in upside as we improve asset performance.

Financial Resources. Our principal equity partner, Haddington Ventures, L.L.C., is unique in its focus in the midstream space and its ability to execute transactions. Both Tristream Energy and Haddington Ventures have access to numerous other equity providers, banks and financial institutions. We are capable of handling a wide range of transaction sizes.

Joint Ventures with Producers and Others

Flexibility. Our size and structure allow us to be flexible and creative in structuring midstream infrastructure transactions. Whether it's an acquisition or a greenfield development project, we can joint venture with oil and gas producers or others to share the value we add through owning and operating the project.

Partnerships. You may be a producer that needs the operations capabilities, the regulatory expertise and the financial resources of a midstream partner to build and operate your midstream infrastructure. Tristream is the producers' midstream partner. We will partner with you to help maximize your return on investment in your production operations. You may have considered forming an MLP with your midstream assets but may not have sufficient size. Partnering with Tristream may help your realize that vision.
