Tristream Energy is well capitalized for virtually any midstream infrastructure project. Our principal equity partner, Haddington Ventures, L.L.C., is a Houston-based private equity firm that invests in midstream oil and natural gas companies and electric generation, transmission, and distribution companies, with a focus on natural gas storage, gathering and processing and other midstream energy activities.

The Haddington principals have extensive hands-on experience developing midstream infrastructure, including onshore and offshore gathering, processing and transmission; natural gas storage; LNG regasification and biofuels.
